Hyderabad : Chaos over Telangana rocked the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on Saturday forcing the House to be adjourned till Monday.
Demanding that a resolution should be passed by the House for a separate statehood for Telangana, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs shouted slogans, displayed protest placards and disrupted proceedings of the Assembly.
Angry members created a ruckus and walked up to the Speaker?s podium shouting ?Jai Telangana? and ?We want Telangana?.
Failing to control agitated members, Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar adjourned the house till Monday.
