J&K Assembly adjourned following uproar

The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Tuesday was adjourned by the Speaker after Opposition as well as ruling party members alleged that bureaucrats care a fig for them and an MLA has lost his essence in Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier before the question hour, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member Lal Chand alleged that Commissioner Secretary Health, R.K.Jerath misbehaved with him and didn?t allow him to enter into his office.

“I had gone to his office with an application and despite revealing my identity; Commissioner Secretary Health didn?t allow me to sit in his office,” Lal Chand told the Speaker.

Lal Chand was supported by members cutting across party lines and all of them staged a walk-out from the Assembly.

While talking to IBNS, National Panthers Party member, Harsh Dev Singh said that an MLA has lost his value despite the fact he is the true representative of the people.
