Bangalore to host 6th Great Indian October Fest

Common Colors, an entertainment and events company, will be hosting the Great Indian October Fest popularly known as TGIOF for the sixth consecutive year here.

This event, emulated from the German festival, has become an annual haunt for people, not just from India, but from across the world.

The much-awaited annual event will take place between Oct 22-24 at the Palace Grounds and is expected to see a footfall of over 60,000 people this year.

?Each year we have brought more and more smiles together at one location and hope that this year will be a landmark success. This edition will witness a gamut of performances from different genres along with brand new activities developed to suit varying age groups and preferences,? said G. V. The line-up of performances at the October Fest over the three days span over 30 live performances, which include international performers from the UK, Italy, USA as well as Canada.

Eminent artists like Shaan, Mohit Chauhan, Medieval Punditz, Australia?s no. 1 DJ tyDi also rated as the no. 52 DJ in the world, DJ Aqeel and Lost Stories will be present and rub shoulders with homegrown bands such as Swarathma & Kryptos amongst a host of other performers.
