Karnataka Governor snaps back at BJP
Hitting back at the ruling Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP), Karnataka Governor H R Bharadwaj said that he is not at all worried by the charges levied on him by the party.
The BJP had accused Bharadwaj of being a Congress agent following questions raised by him about alleged corruption scandals in the state.
“Let me tell you, I am not a child. I have been in Parliament for 30 years and most of their senior leaders not even 10 years. I won’t comment on this,” he said.
“Anyone who wants the list of corrupt people in Karnataka, including ministers, should come to Rajbhavan. I have given the list to the Chief Minister,” he added.
The Governor had stated on Monday that he was not satisfied with Chief Minister B S Yedyurappa’s reply to his two letters about corruption charges against him and his ministers.
