Caf? Basilico gets new menu for Christmas

Caf? Basilico, Mumbai?s first-ever European style bistro and deli, has introduced new menu for Christmas and New Year.

?Caf? Basilico introduces its new menu to cater to every taste bud and specially your cravings this Christmas and New Year,? said a caf? spokesperson.

An all-day eatery, the new menu at Caf? Basilico includes breakfast options like ShakshoukaMiddle Eastern baked egg preparation with tomato, red peppers, olive oil and oregano, waffles, French toast and lot more.

The in-house bakery Baker?s Vault? offers a daily selection of different breads like French baguette, White sandwich loaf, Brioche, Pita bread, croissants, muffins, quiches, puffs and cookies.

Besides, there is a wide selection of soups and salads, including Mediterranean bell pepper soup, Red, yellow pepper and plum tomato with basil and olive, Corn and zucchini chowder soup, Fresh yellow corn and zucchini with sage oil and authentic French Nicoise salad.

?You can also create your own salad with variety of options like Iceberg, endives, mesclun green, lollo rosso, broccoli, asparagus, mushroom, grilled zucchini, sundried tomato etc,? said the spokesperson.

There?s also a wide selection of appetizers like Chargrilled cottage tapenade bruschetta, Crispy French baguette in tapenade with char grilled cottage, and sandwiches like Mediterranean aglio e olio sandwich, aglio e olio style fresh grilled vegetable and mustard mayo on brown toast supplemented with in-house selection of traditional teas and coffees.

The extensive main course at Caf? Basilico offers a variety of pasta, risotto, broths, Basilico?s grilled and steak dishes.

Caf? Basilico Bandra offers few dishes exclusive to its Bandra joint like Pollo noir and pasta crisp greens tossed in buttermilk herb dressing and topped with cucumber, diced peppers, hard boiled egg white, cheddar cheese, macaroni pasta and blackened chicken, and lot more.
