HC raps Maharashtra Gov. over Adarsh scam
The Bombay High Court slammed the Maharashtra government on Tuesday for not filing an FIR in the Adarsh scam.
It also pulled up the administration for not taking action against its officers despite a very-apparent manipulation by the Collectorate, Revenue Ministry and Urban Development Department and the state government to favour ex-Army chief, General Deepak Kapoor.
The officials were also allegedly manipulated the members’ list to show undue advantage to the politicians,
