City firm’s software to block calls, SMSes

A call or SMS from an agent to sell an insurance policy or announce the latest offering from a nearby mall can now be barred by the users without any intervention from the service providers. Pune-based Optinno Mobitech Private Limited has developed a unique software called Mobiwatchman that allows one to block unwanted calls, messages and spam.
