Kali Sindh project set to meet deadline

The work at 1,200 mega watt Kali Sindh power plant is going on in full swing as the deadline for completing the first phase of the project by October 2011 approaches. On Wednesday, the 211 tonne boiler drum of the plant was erected at a height of 75 m which marked the completion of the initial level and now officials are planning to speed-up the process so that deadline for both the 600 mw units could be met.
