Vishwaroopam released in Hindi, amid controversy

The Hindi version of Kamal Haasan’s mega-budget film Vishwaroopam, which is fighting a ban in Tamil Nadu, has been released in theatres across northern India today.

In Mumbai, the film witnessed a peaceful opening. Meanwhile, the delay in release of the film in Lucknow infuriated fans.

Disappointed fans were seen queued up at the ticket counter of the cinema hall, requesting the authority to play the most awaited movie.
