2 States official trailer released

Mumbai : Actors Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt Friday unveiled the trailer of the film “2 States”, based on Chetan Bhagat’s bestseller “2 States: The Story Of My Marriage”.

The film is directed by Abhishek Varman, stars Arjun Kapoor as Krish Malhotra, Alia Bhatt as Ananya Swaminathan.

2 States is going to release on 18th April, 2014.

Amrita Singh and Ronit Roy are casted as Arjun Kapoor’s parents and Revathy and Shiv Kumar Subramaniam are casted as Alia Bhatt’s parents.

Movie were shot at Chennai, Delhi, IIM-A and Gol Limda Bhajiya House near Astodia Darwaza in Ahmedabad in August, 2013.

The film’s plot revolves around a Punjabi boy, who falls in love with a Tamil girl. The regional and cultural clash that it leads to is what forms the rest of the story.
