Joe Root was the top scorer with 113 while skipper Alastair Cook (46), Jos Buttler (49) and Ben Stokes (33 not out) came up with valuable contributions.
Indian pacer Mohammed Shami got two for 52 while Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Ravichandran Ashwin and Suresh Raina got a wicket each.
India have already taken an unassilable 3-0 lead in the five-ODI series.
