Ludhiana : An Assistant sub-inspector (ASI) accidentally shot himself with his service pistol while he was cleaning it in Punjab’s Ludhiana district. ASI Amarjeet Singh died on the spot after the bullet hit him on his head.
He was on duty at Samrala police station. The victim’s body was later sent for a post-mortem.
