Sitapur : Girl allegedly shot dead for opposing eve-teasing in UP

Sitapur (UP) : In an another shocking incident, a girl was allegedly shot dead by bike borne men for opposing eve-teasing in Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur. Victim’s sister said two men use to eve-teased them regularly.

She alleged that the police did not perform their duty in spite of registering a complaint. Circle Officer (CO) Rahul Mithas informed that the police are inquiring from the nearby people to collect evidences.

The victim’s body has been sent for post-mortem and a probe is on.
