Allahabad : Three crude bombs were recovered in Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, two days after a child was killed in a blast in Varanasi.
Though no terror angle has been ascertained yet, police are investigating for any possible such links.
Police said the bombs were found in a garbage trolley in Bahadurganj area as police acted on specific information.
The bomb disposal squad later defused the bombs.
Pieces of stones and gunpowder-like materials were packed in the bomb and the intensity of the bombs could not be ascertained.
