Has Sonia Gandhi lost control on Congress Party?

It refers to a Group of Ministers reportedly favouring retaining of often-misused discretionary-quotas against wishes of Congress President Sonia Gandhi who had even written to all Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of Congress-ruled states in her capacity as party Chief for abolishing all discretionary quotas especially in regard to land-allotment.

It is time that Sonia Gandhi now takes u the matter in her capacity as Chairperson of National Advisory Council for a central directive in this respect for all Union and state-governments. It may be recalled that BJP-ruled Karnataka has recently witnessed misuse of such discretionary quota in land allotment to his family-members by Chief Minister BS Yedurappa. Many Chief Ministers misuse such discretionary quotas for a monarchy-like gift to our super-rich cricketers for their instant performance like is being done presently by gifting land and bungalows to Indian cricketers having won World Cup Cricket Final. Only recently Assam Chief Minister has announced free laptops and huge 3-percent interest-subsidy on home-loans to accredited journalists evidently to find favourable reporting by journalists.
