Reservation is big hurdle in development of India

Is India really independent? This is the big question in front of every citizen of India because if India is independent then why the every person of India is want a reservation in system. Right to equality is our fundamental right but I think this is just a written one sentence in the constitution because nobody knows what the meaning of equality is.

General category students is always struggled to get admission in a good college or get a government job but to the reserve students it served by keeping it on a plate. These agitations of JATs, who are blackmailing the government, sealing the rails is illegal and against the government laws but what to do if our politicians support them. JATs also threatened to cut all the supplies to the Delhi if their demand is not completed.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati supports this demand of the JATs. If our government is not capable to solve these problems then what will we normal people do and expect from whom, who will solve these problems. If we want anything done in India, either to give bribe to the ministers or blackmail the government to get the work done.

If this reservation is passed then the students who secure 90% marks and dreamt to get the admission in good colleges and then get a government job will remain a dream. We made government to solve our problems but it is continuously gives an example of a weak government who is not able to solve a domestic problems.

Then why the developing India is expect from the youth to give it a new direction because the general category students is struggled to get a decent private jobs for a long time and the same reserved students get a government jobs in few days after their college is over. Then it is good for the general category students to move out of country to earn a good living.

To give any decision on this topic I request to the government please put India?s future in mind before giving any decision.

    All who are educated,economically strong are only GENERALS
    weak deprived and educationally backwards are only RESERVED category like OBC,SC,ST .”well a 5 year old child can see the difference but u cant.”
    brothers please see Wikipedia or search yourself and decide how deprived the generals are themselves.I am surprised that people in India still believe in division on basis of cast creed and religion.please stop it otherwise we will destroy ourselves.
    There are only two division
    class 1: rich,educated from all religion,caste,creed,faith etc
    class 2:poor ,uneducated from all religion,caste,creed,faith i.e it may be Brahmin,SC,ST,Muslims,Christians or any .
    British used to rule ourselves in the same way the politicians are ruling us.Bengal partition ,Punjab partition ,separate electorate for Muslims.

    how can u say, u lost seat due to reservation? u are weak to do competation with your people, hence u want to compare yourself with reservation candidate. it is very hard for u to accept that, u lost the seat because other students did better than u. in indian politics congress president seat is reserved for Gandhi family,shivsena president seat is reserved for thakeray family u never say anything about that reservation. ur forefather,father,u all are educated. my forefather,father are uneducated,myself is the first generation educated & u want compet with me, what greatness u are showing. let me become educated i am sure my son will compet with ur son & will score better than him.

  • Reservation seems to be the current talk of the town. Everyone seems to be talkng about it. Prakash Jha’s Arakshan releases soon. Everyone in some point of their life been affected by reservations in both a positive and negative way. I have faced the brunt in the form of admissions. I lost to a seat due to reservations. Reservations remind me of evrything I’d never want to recall. I am against the whole concept of reservations. Recently I came across this article on Jaago Re! that spoke on the same lines (http://www.jaagore.com/article/category-based-reservation-india). Very insightful and written by a civilian. We need to ammend the rules on reservation for economic & social upliftment
