Idea Cellular Q3 net at Rs 243.05 cr

Telecoms operator Idea Cellular on Monday posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 243.05 crore for the third quarter of fiscal year 2010-11.

The figure is a near-70 percent rise compared to the same quarter last year, which stood at Rs 170.11 crore.

Idea reported a total income of Rs 39,55.61 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2010 up from the Rs 3149.47 crore for the same quarter last year.
