Parsvnath (PDL) realizes Rs 122 cr Greater Noida project
Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), a leading integrated infrastructure developer, on Wednesday announced the receiving of occupation certificate for its luxury project ?Parsvnath Panorama? from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
With this, the company realized approximately Rs 122 crore from the project.
Parsvnath Panorama has total 246 units with an approximate area of 7 lac sq ft and it is ideally located at Kachnar Estate, Greater Noida, just 35 minutes drive from Connaught Place.
Commenting on the completion of the project, Pradeep Jain, Chairman, rsvnath Developers Limited, said, ?It is pertinent to note that this is our fifth projected that has been completed in Greater Noida and we are on fast track completion of two more projects. We have realized approximately Rs 122 crore from the Parsvnath Panorama project?.
The project has been designed by the world reputed Architect Hafeez Contractor. The structure of ?Parsvnath Panorama? is Earthquake resistant.
