Two businessman get bail in graft case

New Delhi : A CBI special court here Wednesday granted bail to two businessman allegedly involved in paying a bribe to central excise officials.

Dilip Aggarwal and Anand Aggarwal were granted bail by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Judge Talwant Singh.

The two allegedly paid bribe to central excise Superintendent Lallan Ojha and middleman Hemant Gandhi.

According to the CBI, Ojha along with a team of officials of central excise conducted a surprise raid at the warehouse of the two businessmen and negotiated a deal for illegal gratification.
