Congress ‘cheats and is clever’: Mulayam Singh

Samajwadi Party (SP) Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav attacked the Congress led UPA government by accusing the Congress as ‘cheat’ and ‘clever’ for offering concessions just before elections.

Addressing his party workers in Etawah, Mulayam said that the Congress always does things keeping elections in mind.
