Congress on Narendra Modi’s toilet remark

New Delhi  : Even as BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi at a function organized in New Delhi for the youth said that build toilets first and temples later, MoS Parliamentary Affairs minister Rajeev Shukla said that when a similar comment on toilets was made by Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh then BJP demanded Ramesh’s apology and now they are backing Modi on same statement which shows BJP’s double standards .
