Digvijay questions Narendra Modi over Gadkari remark

New Delhi  : Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh Monday sought a reply from Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi over BJP chief Nitin Gadkari’s controversial comment that the IQ of Swami Vivekananda and gangster Dawood Ibrahim was same.

“In a function in Bhopal, Gadkari said ‘IQ of Swami Vivekanand and Dawood Ibrahim was same’. Any comment from Modi and his fans?,” Singh wrote in his Twitter message.

Gadkari has denied he made the statement.

Modi has been attacking the Congress, including party chief Sonia Gandhi. The Congress is desperate to oust Modi in Gujarat, which goes to polls Dec 13-17.
