Modi, Nitish ignore each other at chief ministers’ meet

New Delhi  : He might not have seen Gujarat Chief Narendra Modi walk past, as he was engrossed in a conversation with Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh, but that could not stop speculations about the chill factor brewing between Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi.

The two chief ministers at the meeting called by the Prime Minister to discuss internal security may not have publicly said anything against each other, but Modi shuffling past Nitish without acknowledging him or vice versa has already sparked off headlines in news channels.

The Congress was quick to gloat.
