Kerala :  Addressing the Kerala PCC executive meeting in Thiruvananthapuram, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi views his government in a “superficial??? way without any substance in his statements.

Referring to an incident when PM Modi called Congress president Sonia Gandhi to inform about signing of the historic Nagaland accord, Rahul said the officials in Nagaland no idea about the Nagaland accord being signed.
