Rahul says he won’t be PM candidate

New Delhi  :  Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi Thursday rubbished speculation that he may be the prime ministerial candidate in the next parliamentary election.

“It’s an irrelevant question… all smoke,” he said at a Confederation of Indian Industry meeting here.
