6 persons injured in bear attack in Kashmir

Srinagar : Six people, including two wild life employees, were injured by a bear attack in Kashmir’s Kupwara district, the police said on Friday.

?A wild bear appeared in village Lone Harie, Kupwara falling under the jurisdiction of police station Trehgam which attacked and injured two employees of wild life department namely Manzoor Ahmed Ganie and Zahoor Ahmed Lone,? said the police.

Four civilians were also injured in this incident. Injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
