China should stop intrusion: Farooq Abdullah

Jammu : Union Minister and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah on Sunday said China must stop intrusion into Indian territory amid reports of an incursion in Sept-Oct last year.

As reports of Chinese incursion and threat to a contractor tasked with road construction came to light, Abdullah said China must stop such acts.

“Their Premier (Wen Jiabao) came recently to India and talked but all such exercises proved futile. Once winter is over India can also show its strength,” he said here.
