Woman charged with double murder in Karnataka

Bangalore : A middle-aged woman, accused of murdering her husband in 2007, was arrested along with five others for allegedly killing her paramour during her bail period, Karnataka police said on Wednesday.

35year-old Subha, the accused of killing her spouse Gopal three years ago for preventing her from an illicit relation with a neighbour, Samuel, was arrested for a second murder recently.

Police picked her up and five of her accomplices after Samuel’s body was found earlier this month from a ditch in this capital.

Shubha had been on bail in the first murder case. The arrest was made after police found the accused had been having trouble with Samuel before his death.
