Heena Sindhu, Anuraj Singh win 31st gold for India

India bagged their 31st Gold medal on Tuesday morning as Heena Sindhu and Anuraj Singh win Gold medal in the 10m air pistol pairs event.

With this Gold India reached an overall medal tally of 82 and retained their second position in the medal tally.

Australia retained their top position in the medal list with England still holding on to the 3rd position with 27 Gold medals.
