KKR vs RCB : Kolkata gears up for next match

Eden Gardens is all set to witness high voltage cricketing action on Friday as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will be seen battling against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the cash-rich Indian Premiere League (IPL).

It will be quite an important match for KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir and his knights as his side suffered a shocking defeat at the hands of Kochi Tuskers Kerala in the last match on Wednesday night.

KKR is at the top pf the chart at present with 6 points from five matches they have played till now.

On the other hand, Royals Challengers Bangalore will try to give some momentum to their IPL campaign this year as they have only gained three points from their five outings

Bangalore lies at the ninth position in the points table just ahead of Delhi Daredevils.

In the other mega clash of the day, Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will meet Sachin’s Mumbai Indians (MI) in Mumbai.

While Chennai will look to set the momentum right by defeating Mumbai and drag their side up in the points table.

Chennai Super Kings have four points from four outings in this season of the cash rich league.

Mumbai will, on the other hand, fight to win against Chennai and go to the number one spot in the points table on Friday, ahead of Kolkata Knight Riders who is currently holding the top most position in the table.
